Kentro Soluções e Sistemas Ltda ("Kentro") is responsible for enabling efficient interaction between brands and people through chat, using channels such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and others. This Privacy Policy governs the relationship between users of the Service Management Platform ("Platform") and other data subjects regarding how their data is processed when using our Platform.

• When we have a commercial relationship with your employer and they provide your name to register you as a user on the Platform.
• When we receive personal data from companies you have a relationship with and that use our Platform to manage their service.
• Through interactions between you and companies you deal with that use our Platform to manage service.

• Billing of services: issuing invoices and charging fees.
• User registration on the Platform: linking the user to their employer.
• Platform functionality: e.g. automatically inserting your name on messages sent by your user.
• Security and improvement: usage pattern analysis, detection of unauthorized access attempts and optimizations.
• Legal obligations or court orders.

• For user registration: user's full name.
• For security and improvement: clicks, scroll, cursor movement, access date/time, browser, IP, device type, language, features used and operations performed.
• Partner companies may register contact data: name, business name, taxpayer ID, email, Facebook/Instagram IDs, phone, address and other personal data.
• For Platform operation (as controller or processor): name, location, phone, message content, shared media and locations, agent data, message timestamps and interaction history.

• Companies in our economic group, for service optimization and efficiency gains.
• Partners, service providers and suppliers, when necessary to perform their activities.
• Government, police and judiciary authorities, to comply with legal obligations or court orders.
• Third parties indicated by you, upon request and consent.
• Third parties indicated by the companies you deal with that use our Platform, upon their request and consent.

• Confirm the existence of processing.
• Access your data.
• Correct your data.
• Delete your data.
• Get information about sharing.
• Revoke consent.

Kentro is committed to processing your data only for the period strictly necessary for the specific purpose. Some data may remain stored while your relationship with us or with the company using our Platform is active.

All data is stored in restricted-access databases, encrypted and protected by security protocols. We also adopt:

• Access controls to physical IT environments.
• Access monitoring.
• User authentication.
• Firewall.
• Backup copies of data, among others.

Protection also depends on you: use strong passwords and protect the confidentiality of your access credentials.
